Meet Our Staff
A Heart to Serve
Our mission as a church is to be a biblically based, spirit-filled, loving community that upholds God's expectations for righteousness. We are dependent on His grace while driven by faith to follow Jesus; in the world but not of it.
Tara and Gregg Garner, the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Church Community for GOD, and his wife, have had a heart for service and ministry since their time at Azusa Pacific in 1996. From there, they developed friendships and initiated Bible studies and service projects together that, years later, began the foundation and heart behind The Church Community for GOD.
